Which curricula does TutorSouq support?+
TutorSouq is designed for CBSE, ICSE, British, IB, American, and other school curricula. Coverage depends on each tutor and is shown on their profile.
Are tutors verified?+
Tutor applications are reviewed before a profile is approved. TutorSouq distinguishes platform approval from specific verified credentials so families can see exactly what has been checked.
Can I manage more than one child?+
Yes. A parent account can create separate child profiles with their own grade, curriculum, calendar, attendance, homework, and progress reports.
What is a trial class?+
A trial helps the tutor understand your child’s needs and lets your family assess teaching fit before selecting an ongoing plan.
Do you offer individual and group classes?+
Yes. Families can request individual tutoring or join structured small-group batches. TutorSouq is optimizing group learning for approximately two to four students.
How are class times shown?+
Class times are stored safely and displayed in UAE time across TutorSouq. The selected time is confirmed before the booking is finalized.
How do payments work?+
For now, payment is arranged by online bank transfer after the tutor and class plan are confirmed. TutorSouq does not charge a card automatically. Secure online checkout will be introduced separately.
Is TutorSouq affordable?+
TutorSouq offers tutors and class formats across different budgets. Families can compare transparent individual and small-group class options and choose what fits their goals and budget.
Can students submit completed homework online?+
Yes. Tutors can attach an assignment or secure link, and the relevant student or parent can upload completed work privately for the tutor to review.
Where do classes happen?+
Classes are joined from the TutorSouq calendar or dashboard. The secure Daily classroom is being activated, with attendance and post-class tools kept inside TutorSouq.
Can a class be rescheduled?+
TutorSouq supports reschedule requests for a single class or an ongoing schedule, subject to availability and the applicable cancellation policy.
What if a tutor is not the right fit?+
Parents can request a tutor replacement from their account. The TutorSouq team reviews the request and helps identify a suitable alternative.
